OVERVIEW
Traditional coaching relies on memory and messy paper notes. This app digitizes the scouting process, empowering coaches to evaluate player performance in real-time. It transforms subjective observation into objective data, allowing coaching staff to track progress, assign ratings, and build better teams without taking their eyes off the field

ABOUT THE PROJECT
Working from strict technical specifications, my goal was to create an interface that is fast enough for live matches. A coach cannot afford to look down at a screen for too long. I designed a system of "quick actions" where evaluating a player marking a Strength or Weakness takes milliseconds
Before the game, coaches select specific skills (like Passing or Dribbling) to monitor. The app then processes these inputs into a live player rating, visualized through clean spider charts and performance cards
IMPACT
The result is a professional analytic tool that feels intuitive, not overwhelming. By using a clean light mode with distinct color coding for stats, I ensured that complex data remains readable at a glance. The interface bridges the gap between raw gameplay and detailed analytics, helping coaches make smarter, data-driven decisions
